Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using jesseboehm.com and any services offered through this website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use this website or its services.

These terms apply to all visitors, clients, and anyone who accesses or uses the services of Jesse Boehm ("I", "me", or "my").

Services

Jesse Boehm offers the following services through this website:

  • AI automation consulting and implementation using platforms such as Make.com, n8n, and Zapier
  • Custom workflow design and integration using third-party APIs including Google Workspace, LinkedIn, Airtable, Twilio, and others
  • Enterprise technology consulting in Citrix, Microsoft Azure, and VMware environments
  • General technology advisory and project delivery services

Service scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing are agreed upon separately prior to commencement of any engagement.

Use of Google APIs and OAuth

Some services involve integrations with Google APIs via Google Cloud Platform. By authorizing these integrations you agree to the following:

  • You authorize only the specific permissions required to deliver the requested service
  • You understand that access tokens are stored securely and used solely to execute automations on your behalf
  • You may revoke access at any time through your Google Account permissions
  • Use of Google services is also governed by Google's Terms of Service

Intellectual Property

All content on this website including text, design, code, graphics, and automation workflows created by Jesse Boehm are the intellectual property of Jesse Boehm unless otherwise stated.

Custom automations, scripts, and workflows delivered to clients as part of a paid engagement become the property of the client upon full payment, unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any content from this website without prior written permission.

Client Responsibilities

When engaging services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information necessary to complete the project
  • Ensure you have the rights and permissions to any data, accounts, or systems used in the engagement
  • Comply with the terms of any third-party platforms used as part of your automation (Google, LinkedIn, Twilio, etc.)
  • Not use delivered automations or integrations for unlawful, harmful, or deceptive purposes

Payment and Refunds

Payment terms are outlined in individual project agreements. In the absence of a separate agreement:

  • Payment is due upon completion of the agreed deliverable unless a milestone schedule is established
  • Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed after work has commenced
  • Disputes should be raised within 7 days of delivery

Limitation of Liability

Jesse Boehm provides services on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of services or automations
  • I am not responsible for downtime, data loss, or failures caused by third-party platforms (Google, Make.com, Twilio, etc.)
  • My total liability for any claim related to services shall not exceed the amount paid for those services

Third-Party Platforms

Services may involve third-party platforms including Make.com, Airtable, Twilio, LinkedIn, Google Workspace, OpenAI, Anthropic, and Cal.com. Use of these platforms is subject to their own terms of service. I am not responsible for changes to third-party APIs, pricing, or availability that may affect delivered automations.

Confidentiality

I treat all client information, business processes, and project details as confidential. I will not disclose client-specific information to third parties without consent, except where required by law or necessary to deliver the agreed service (for example, passing data through a required API).

Website Use

You agree not to use this website to:

  • Transmit spam, malware, or harmful code
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems or accounts
  • Violate any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation
  • Misrepresent your identity or affiliation

Termination

Either party may terminate a service engagement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, any outstanding payments for work completed are due. I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue service to anyone who violates these terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or services shall be resolved in the courts of Dutchess County, New York.

Changes to These Terms

I reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the website or services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
