- Make.com (Integromat) for automation workflows

- OpenAI and Anthropic for AI-generated content
- Cal.com for appointment scheduling

Chat Assistant (Reggie B.)
The chat assistant on this website, Reggie B., is powered by Anthropic. When you use it, your messages and its replies are sent to Anthropic to generate responses. To review and improve the service, each conversation is also stored on Cloudflare for 30 days, together with an approximate location (country, region and city) and the name of your internet provider's network, then deleted automatically. Your IP address is not stored with the conversation. If you choose to leave your name and email in the chat, they are stored with that conversation for the same 30 days. Please do not share sensitive personal information in the chat. To have a conversation deleted sooner, contact me at info@jesseboehm.com.
Contact Form
When you send the contact form, your name, email, company, message and tools are stored on Cloudflare, with a backup copy in Airtable. A confirmation email is sent to the address you entered through Microsoft 365, and I receive the details by email and a text message notification through Twilio. These details are used only to reply to your inquiry. To have your submission deleted, contact me at info@jesseboehm.com.
Cookies and Analytics
This website may use cookies and analytics tools (such as Google Analytics) to understand how visitors use the site. These tools collect anonymous, aggregated data and do not identify individual users. You may disable cookies in your browser settings at any time.
Data Retention
I retain personal information only as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy or as required by law. Contact form submissions and project communications are retained for the duration of the client relationship and a reasonable period afterward.
